Save The Date

Date: Saturday, September 4, 2010
Time: 10:30am - Family Activity - Hurricane Intermediate - South Lawn
Time:  6:30pm - Adults Only Dinner - Hurricane Intermediate
Street: 1325 S 700 W, Hurricane, UT
City/Town: Hurricane, UT

We're having a family event in the morning with an adults only event in the evening.

Unfortunately, we still weren't able to get the High School and for some reason, the Secretary doesn't want to make herself available. I've called, emailed, and dropped by without luck of keeping in contact with her. I'm still trying so we can take a walkthrough of the High School between activities on the 4th.  The High School wasn't available on the 4th and again, I can't seem to get her to contact me back about a different date.  I won't give up though.

For the family activity at 10:30 am, we'll be playing water related activities, so come prepared with a towel and clothes that you might possibly get wet in. We'll also be providing popsicles and bottled water for all in attendance.

For dinner at 6:30 pm, we'll be having Hawaiian Haystacks and Root Beer Floats. If you know anyone willing to help prepare the food, that would be fantastic. We currently have people helping to prepare but more people would always be helpful. Most of the evening is going to be spent chatting it up with old classmates since that's what most of you wanted to do.

Your spouse or significant other is invited to dinner.

  1. Who do you have in charge of the food? I am a caterer and would be interested in doing it if it hasn't been taken care of yet.
